Job Description:
A company is looking for a Coding Compliance Audit Associate to
support the audit process by managing data and coordinating
audits.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records and update provider audit and education
tracker
Monitor and track completion of education pre- and post-audit
Create and assign audits to auditors based on schedules and
availability
Required Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in coding compliance audit support
functions
Basic knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
Basic understanding of healthcare regulations and guidelines (e.g.,
CMS, OIG)
EHR experience required
Strong organizational and data entry skills
