Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and interpret data to support various end-user projects.
Take the lead on projects within the FP&A / BI team, demonstrating confidence and independence.
Accurately report financial data, including general ledger accounts, ensuring a strong understanding of financial statements.
Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results with forecasts and strategic plans.
Identify financial trends and provide insights into how they impact the overall business.
Develop and present well-researched recommendations to management and executives.
Oversee cost analysis processes by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Generate detailed forecasting reports that include scenario analysis and contingency planning.
Drive process improvements through automation and the creation of standardized and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
Enhance productivity by implementing automated reporting and forecasting solutions.
Stay informed on financial instruments, market trends, and industry developments to maintain technical expertise.

Qualifications & Experience2+ years of experience in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or Economics is preferred.
Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and functions.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data management and query tools such as Access, SQL, and Business Intelligence platforms.
Ability to understand data structures and system connectivity, with knowledge of AI-driven automation tools like Power Automate being a plus.
Experience working on data-heavy projects is preferred.
Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity.
Experience presenting insights to various levels of management.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and comprehension, to ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
