Job Description:
A company is looking for an Event Administrative Assistant to
support their Event Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support including event management, expense
reporting, and presentation preparation
Assist with event planning and execution, including venue research
and logistical arrangements
Track and reconcile event-related expenses and assist in budget
preparation
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or
bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in
marketing or event planning
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience with event management software or CRM systems is a
plus
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
