A company is looking for a Director of Performance Creative to
lead their creative strategy and execution for paid acquisition
channels.
Key Responsibilities
Lead creative strategy and execution for scaling ad performance
across multiple platforms
Develop a systematic, data-driven approach to creative production
and manage UGC creator recruitment
Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to optimize creative
assets and improve conversion rates
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in performance-driven creative roles,
particularly in paid acquisition
Proven track record of creating high-performing ad creatives with
significant ROI
Experience managing a creative team and working cross-functionally
with marketing and data teams
Experience in recruiting and managing UGC creators
A passion for health and beauty, with a strong eye for design and
branding
