Job Description:
A company is looking for a Creative Strategy Lead to join their
Creative team.
Key Responsibilities
Ideate and develop creative concepts and testing approaches based
on data insights
Manage the creative testing process and collaborate with clients'
data analytics teams
Write creative briefs and provide regular updates on project status
and billing
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in consumer insights, data analysis, or a
quantitatively heavy marketing role
Proficiency in brainstorming new testing ideas grounded in data
insights
Experience in creative for multiple marketing channels including
YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok
Demonstrated experience running controlled experiments (A/B
Testing, Multivariate Testing)
SQL experience (Intermediate and above) is a plus
