A company is looking for a Senior Workforce Management Analyst
to optimize workforce productivity and support operational
goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing dialer functionality and forecasting for a large
contact center team
Monitor and analyze campaign output data to maximize efficiency
Collaborate with leadership to ensure adherence to schedules and
minimize non-productive behaviors
Required Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in workforce management within an
outbound call center environment
Experience in project management or change management
Proficiency in call center technologies and workforce management
software
Ability to translate business goals into actionable data
analysis
Strong organizational skills
