Job Description:
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Manager
Supervisor to manage a team of Behavioral Health Care Managers and
oversee patient care within the Collaborative Care Program.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise a team of Behavioral Health Care Managers,
including performance management and training
Monitor clinical care and billing performance to ensure program
success and compliance with quality standards
Provide direct clinical care management for a small panel of
patients and cover for team members as needed
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or related behavioral
health discipline preferred
Four or more years of experience in the clinical and behavioral
health field
Experience managing or leading a team is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Google Suite, and Excel
Experience with EHRs and working in a healthcare environment
