Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning and Development Content
Management Specialist to develop and maintain training content for
Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Responding to and fulfilling content requests, including change
management and service desk requests
Collaborating with subject matter experts to identify solutions and
ensure SLAs are met
Maintaining the knowledge base by auditing content and
participating in the Operations Change Management process
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines with
limited supervision
Expertise with Jira and Confluence
Experience in a learning and development, education, or content
management role is preferred
Strong stakeholder management skills
Skilled in time management and prioritization of multiple
projects
