Job Description:
A company is looking for a Total Rewards Program Manager
responsible for developing and managing global total rewards
strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Design and manage global employee benefits programs and pension
strategies
Support the development of global compensation strategies and
manage salary review processes
Utilize data analytics for program effectiveness and prepare
reports for senior leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's
degree or relevant certification preferred
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in total rewards, specifically
in benefits and pension management
Strong knowledge of US and global benefits and pension best
practices and regulations
Proficiency with Workday
