Job Description:
A company is looking for a Public Sector Field Operations
Manager to oversee and optimize sales operations processes in the
Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of sales operations strategies
to support sales targets and revenue growth in the Public
Sector
Oversee and optimize sales operations processes, including sales
forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning
Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and provide
actionable insights to sales leadership and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations
Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred
At least 7+ years of experience managing sales operations teams in
the Public Sector (FED/SLED)
Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and
technologies
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation
tools
Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and
collaborate effectively with teams across different regions and
functions
