Job Description:

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Manager to drive strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Formulate and refine corporate strategy by analyzing industry trends and market dynamics
Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships to foster growth opportunities
Conduct financial analysis and develop business cases for new product lines and expansion efforts

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, corporate development, or related fields
Experience in the software industry is preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
High intellectual curiosity and emotional intelligence
Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives
