Job Description:
A company is looking for a Processing Manager (Remote) to
oversee loan processing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the processing of loans, ensuring timely submission to
underwriting and closing departments
Collaborate with team leads to prioritize work and improve
communication with builder divisions
Supervise department staff, providing guidance and coverage as
needed
Required Qualifications and Education
5+ years of loan processing experience required
3+ years of lead or management experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree
preferred
Thorough knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC, and USDA guidelines
Experience in employee training and development
