A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Design and manage programs for revenue team development, including
onboarding and ongoing education
Collaborate with revenue leadership to identify and address
knowledge and skills gaps
Implement and manage learning technologies to enhance productivity
for revenue teams
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement
Proven success in designing enablement efforts for large, complex
sales opportunities
Experience in onboarding and go-to-market program design
Ability to build relationships and network within the
organization
Self-starter mentality with strong follow-through on tasks
