Key Responsibilities
Develop enterprise learning products focused on career and
leadership skill development
Manage product and project roadmaps while collaborating
cross-functionally to deliver effective learning experiences
Anticipate employee development challenges and recommend new
learning products or enhancements
Required Qualifications
Two years of experience managing project teams
Minimum of three years in learning and development
Strong knowledge of Agile project management processes
Proven expertise with large-scale organizational learning
initiatives
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
