Job Description:
A company is looking for an EAP Account Manager to facilitate
operational activities for client programs and manage
communications with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and strengthen client relationships and identify service
requirements
Provide training and operational updates to clients while ensuring
adherence to contract requirements
Prepare operational reports and facilitate the implementation
process for new clients
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a
related behavioral health field
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the healthcare field
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in business process analysis and
improvements
Experience in public and private sector healthcare or services to
government/commercial programs
