Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Account Management -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary communication contact for assigned accounts,
providing professional account services
Build and maintain relationships with clients, particularly with
senior management involved in purchasing decisions
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze performance
metrics and develop strategies for account retention and
expansion
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution
Three to five years of customer service/account management
experience, preferably in insurance or healthcare
Strong working knowledge of the workers' compensation industry
Ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple
projects
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and Visio)
