Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP - Commercial Real Estate
Lending.
Key Responsibilities
Originate, underwrite, and administer a portfolio of commercial
real estate loans
Focus on multifamily and mixed-use properties while being open to
all commercial product types
Provide rapid decisions on transactions up to $70 million
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated record of origination in commercial real estate
lending
Deep knowledge of commercial real estate markets in the greater
Boston metropolitan area
Good underwriting and valuation skills
Experience in both senior and mid-level roles is considered
Ability to work in-person, fully remotely, or on a hybrid basis
