Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client
teams to ensure value from finance and accounting functions
Manage client accounting processes, including financial reporting,
revenue cycle, and payroll visibility
Lead monthly client meetings, provide insights, and coach
management on metrics usage and departmental management
Required Qualifications
Experience as a lead accountant in rapidly growing firms
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business
Administration; Master's degree or CPA preferred
10 years of experience at Controller or Director of Finance level
in a SaaS firm
Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero,
Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting and financial modeling
skills
