Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT M&A Program Manager
responsible for planning and executing merger and acquisition
programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute integration strategies in collaboration with senior
leadership to align IT with business goals
Lead the planning and execution of IT integration across multiple
workstreams, managing resources and budgets
Act as the main liaison between IT and other units, managing
stakeholder communications and expectations
Required Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
PMP and/or PgMP certification preferred
10+ years of IT-centric project and program management
experience
Prior experience with complex migrations and managing M&A
programs with 10 or more projects
Background in process architecture and analysis, business analysis,
and organizational change management preferred
