Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Privacy to join
their legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee a team managing privacy contracts and act as a subject
matter expert for the Commercial Legal team
Collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with industry
standards and best practices
Engage with the privacy legal community to develop strategies and
enhance the company's privacy program
Required Qualifications
Necessary qualifications to practice law in the local
jurisdiction
10+ years of legal practice, with at least 3+ years in-house
experience at an enterprise SaaS company
3+ years of direct people management experience, preferably with a
globally distributed team
CIPP certification
Deep knowledge of applicable privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA,
etc.)
