Job Description:
A company is looking for an Event Sourcing Manager who will lead
the proposal process in the events industry.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as an expert in hotels and destinations while managing hotel
sourcing platforms
Conduct research on venues and activities, and analyze proposals to
determine ideal options for events
Manage and negotiate hotel and vendor contracts, and present
proposals to clients
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience
in business/proposal development or event planning
Experience in hotel and venue contracting is a plus
Self-starter with strong time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Proficient in Excel and Word
