PresidentBank Program Relationship Manager - The Auto Club Group
What you will do:This position will have responsibility of managing
the relationship with Grasshopper Bank, which will be providing
banking services to our 13 million members. This role will
collaborate with Grasshopper and ACG Marketing to get the product
offerings out to our members and work collaboratively with the
Distribution Consultants to set referral goals and drive volume
through ACG's various distribution channels. This role will also be
responsible for monitoring referral compensation, as well as
manages intracompany payments for marketing and other support
services that ACG may provide to Grasshopper throughout the
relationship, including transition service monitoring throughout
2025.Additionally, this role will own the Grasshopper contract to
provide banking services, will be critical in operationalizing the
contract, and will work closely with Legal to ensure compliance,
make amendments, and adhere to the agreement set forth. Coordinate
and interface with senior leaders from both companies and
governance boards. Monitor and manage service level agreements
between the companies.This position will be creating the strategy,
processes, relationships, reporting and governance for the new
program from scratch. Potential to lead to over $1 million in fee
income for ACG once fully implemented, and accordingly, this
position would own the P&L for the
relationship.Responsibilities include:

annual salary of $99,000 - $146,000 with annual bonus potential
based on performance.

Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to
qualify)Education (include minimum education and any
licensing/certifications):
- College level courseworkExperience:
- Eight years of experience in product/relationship management,
or a similar role
- Experience with retail banking products
- Experience in product implementation, new product launch and
system integration
- Managing conflict and issue resolution
- Contract negotiation and management
- Analytics and reportingKnowledge of:
- Consumer & digital banking products
- Banking industry standards, practices, and regulations
- ACG business lines, marketing techniques and distribution
