Job Summary:UF Health is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Professional to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy services department, you will play a critical role in providing distributive and clinical services surrounding the preparation, delivery, and administration of medications to inpatients of Shands Hospital.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide distributive services, including the preparation and delivery of medications to inpatients.
• Offer clinical services, such as medication therapy management and patient education.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy.
  • Registration as a pharmacist in the state of Florida or eligibility for same.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in contemporary hospital pharmacy practice.
    • Pharm.D. degree and/or completion of ASHP residency.What We Offer:
