Positioned in a call center environment, provide inbound service to
patients and customers for the Medical Marijuana Card Program and
Payday Lending.What you will do:-- Answer incoming phone calls from
customers and patients. -- Required at times to initiate outbound
calls to process work.-- Interact directly with customers and
patients in a professional manner.-- Other duties as assigned. What
you will need to succeed: A minimum of 1 year of customer service
experienceExcellent oral and written communication skillsAttention
to detailAnalytical skillsCustomer service orientedA high school
diploma or the equivalent Ability to work onsite, from 9:00 a.m. to
