Job Description:
A company is looking for a Trainer to deliver impactful training
and support operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform training needs analysis and facilitate new hire
training
Collaborate with teams to maintain and update the knowledge base
and training materials
Coach and evaluate trainees to help them meet performance
metrics
Required Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer with a Sales/CS
background
Knowledgeable in Google Suite and Hubspot
Must be work-from-home capable with a quiet space for calls
Provide own desktop/laptop with at least 8GB of RAM
Stable internet connection with at least 20 mbps speed
