Job Description:

A company is looking for a Web Hosting Support professional to assist customers with web technology issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Solve web technology problems via chat, email, and phone
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot content management systems such as WordPress, Drupal, and Joomla
Explain DNS and web design tools to customers

Required Qualifications:

Experience in the web hosting industry
In-depth knowledge of cPanel and Plesk
Ability to troubleshoot website and email issues
Fluency in English and Spanish
Proven track record of high performance and commitment
