Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Account Team Manager to
lead a team of Technical Account Managers and ensure client success
with their solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Technical Account Managers for
exceptional customer service
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to enhance customer
satisfaction and retention
Track team performance and provide regular reporting to senior
leadership
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technical account management or customer
success, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
Strong technical knowledge with hands-on experience in
programming/scripting languages like Python or JavaScript
Experience in CCaaS, UCaaS, CX, or Gen AI preferred
Proven experience managing and growing high-performing teams
High proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and business analytics
tools
