A company is looking for a Senior Software Development Manager
to lead teams in rewriting agent-facing applications.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the development of web, iOS, and Android applications for
agents
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, including hiring and career
development
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop the roadmap and ensure
high-quality implementations
Required Qualifications
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in a leadership role for software
development teams
5+ years of experience in software development using
object-oriented languages like C# or TypeScript
Experience with Agile software development principles and modern UI
frameworks like Ionic and Angular
Experience in architecting and scaling resilient backend
services
