• Build a network of your peers from across the organizationThis position is for a January 27, 2025 start.About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join the Capital Market Project Management Practice organization at FIS. You will learn the unique nature of our industry, products, and the markets in which we work as well as learn the structure of FIS.About The TeamThe PMP Optimizer cluster is a newly formed group working with to bring together 300 Project Managers from four different business lines into one unit. Our teams manage and lead strategic client projects with 5000+ inflight projects.What You Will Be Doing
  • You will start as a Project Analyst, working closely with the key project manager and consultants, as well as alongside industry leading professionals from across other business line - Sales, Development, & Client Services.
  • You will have the opportunity to support Project Managers who own the delivery of our products to our clients.-- Learning the key skills required to be a successful project manager, including project onboarding, time approval, budget management, project progress reporting, risk management, change governance & client relationship management.
  • You will develop a sound understanding of the fundamental modules of some of the products and how these can be configured to meet our clients' needs
  • You will work with other consultants and project managers to highlight any potential issues to allow pro-active solutions to be offered.What You Bring
    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
