• Build a network of your peers from across the organizationThis position is for a June 2025 start.About the RoleFIS is looking for a Project Manager to join our team located in Jacksonville, FL. In the Project Manager E-Technology role, you will be aligned with our Modern Banking Platform team to implement client-specific projects, leveraging our PMO Methodology and best practices.-- Additionally, you will be receiving mentorship from the Modern Banking Platform team that will provide an excellent opportunity to learn and develop within FIS.About The TeamOur Implementations team supports the Large Financial Institution (LFI) market in the adoption and deployment of next generation Core Banking and Channel Experiences through the implementation of FIS's Modern Banking Platform.FIS Modern Banking Platform (MBP) is a real-time, multi-currency deposit and loan core banking system. Developed as a single integrated solution, MBP provides a multitude of configurable features designed to meet the unique business and product needs of retail and commercial financial organizations.--What You Will Be Doing
  • Manage project initiation activities including identifying client business needs and goals, critical thinking for existing situations and working with necessary contacts to resolve issues --
  • Manage project risks, issues/problems and activity progress to ensure project goals, e.g., deadline, scope and quality are achieved. Assists with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed
  • Develop, define and execute project plans, project scope, activities, schedules, budgets and deliverables
  • Identify required resources for projects, defines and assigns project roles --What You Bring
    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
