Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager, CX
(AI, ML).
Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer workflows to identify automation opportunities
Define and lead the long-term customer-facing automation
strategy
Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and establish quality
monitoring for automation initiatives
Required Qualifications
6+ years of program/product management experience in a technology
company
3+ years of experience working with Customer Support
organizations
Understanding of basic concepts for ML and/or LLMs
Experience with Customer Support tools (IVRs, chatbots, CRMs,
etc)
Proficiency in software development concepts and SQL
