Job Description:
Experience with Windows Based Operating Systems (WIN XP, WIN 7).
Experience with Microsoft Office Products. Exposure to MacIntosh,
UNIX or LINUX based operating systems. Strong Customer Service
skills, Strong Communication skills - both written and verbal.
Strong Desktop problem solving skills. Experience using remote
access tools to assist customers.
The position is for a Service Desk Representative that will resolve
customer issues or fulfill requests. The position requires the
individual to support customers remotely via phone support and
Instant Message support. We rely on experience with troubleshooting
desktop applications, desktop operating systems, phone programming,
and general support of applications residing on a desktop or laptop
hardware.
