A company is looking for a Web Hosting Support specialist with
English proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Solve web technology problems using chat, email, and phone
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot content management
systems like WordPress and Joomla
Explain DNS and web design tools to customers
Required Qualifications
Experience in the web hosting industry
In-depth knowledge of cPanel and Plesk
Ability to troubleshoot website and email issues
Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus
Proven drive to excel in the role
