Job SummaryAs a Heavy Equipment Operator at CRH, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy equipment of various sizes and weights used in road, site or highway construction and paving. Your duties will include smoothening and adjusting grade and finish before compaction, performing minor servicing and maintenance of equipment, and referring major problems to the Foreman.Key Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights in a safe and efficient manner.
Smoothen and adjust grade and finish before compaction.
Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment.
Refer major problems to the Foreman.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation and maintenance, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
