Join us!Job Description:Responsible for any of the following and specific assignments may vary in order to achieve proper segregation of responsibilities: loan system and general ledger account reconciliation, resolving aged items in accounts, monitoring and clearing system rejects, performing limited variance analysis at the request of finance partners, initiating maintenance requests for general ledger accounts, posting of transactions to customer accounts, clearing items rejected from automated processes, performing maintenance to customer accounts, performing research and correcting problems, preparing and processing general ledger entries, monitoring ticklers and taking appropriate action, inputting and balancing batch work to the loan system, provide specialized processing support.Responsibilities:This role is responsible for the resolution and escalation of client's service requests, timely response to internal and external client queries and will perform research on commercial loans and communicate findings to internal and external customers. Must perform at high level to meet service metrics in accuracy service levels.Required Qualifications:

  • Financial industry experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Extreme attention to detail for a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to toggle through computer platforms with ease
  • History of managing pipeline queues and meeting established business metrics
  • Ability to provide internal and external customers with the highest quality of customer service that meets their needs in a timely efficient and professional mannerDesired Qualifications:
    • 1+ year of loan servicing
    • Knowledge of LoanIQ, iCon, BOSS, Navigator and SalesLogix
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Product
