Job Description:
A company is looking for a QA Supervisor to oversee the review
of Physician reports and medical records.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise QA staff and manage the File Review Board for timely and
accurate file processing
Ensure adherence to client-specific instructions and follow up with
physicians regarding outstanding reports
Act as a liaison between reviewers, team members, and clients
regarding file processes and status updates
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience in medical peer review or the healthcare industry is
required
Business experience in a healthcare or insurance setting is
preferred
Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
Ability to manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines
