Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Sourcing Specialist to support
recruitment efforts by identifying and engaging with suitable
candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize databases and online platforms to source potential
candidates
Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to meet weekly growth
targets
Assist in scheduling interviews and generate daily reports on
candidate status
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Behavioral
Sciences is a plus
At least 1 year of experience in a related field or RPO company is
preferred
Experience with sourcing techniques like Boolean, Google X-ray, and
LinkedIn
Experience sourcing for BPO, Tech, Sales, and Business Development
profiles
Familiarity with Google Suites, especially Google Sheets and Google
Docs
