Job Description:
A company is looking for a Resolution Specialist to manage
complaints, incidents, and accidents for designated clients.
Key Responsibilities
Document, investigate, and resolve complaints within specified
timeframes
Monitor compliance with client service level agreements and report
issues to leadership
Compile and submit regular reports on incidents, accidents, and
complaint trends
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D
2 years of customer service experience
Some college preferred
Previous Quality & Compliance experience preferred
Minimum of six months in the Customer Service Center preferred
