Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual English and Spanish -
Associate Enrollment and Eligibility Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Answer 50-70 incoming calls daily and identify customer assistance
needs
Document information and assist customers with appointment
scheduling and navigating websites
Research complex issues and collaborate with support resources to
resolve customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ year of healthcare telephonic customer service experience
1+ year of experience handling high call volumes
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
