Req ID: 390 Job Title: SME - TECH/OPERATOR II (V-22 Airframe Systems) Location: Jacksonville, FL, US 32221 Job Type: Full-Time Education: High School Diploma / GED Travel: Up to 25% Security Clearance Required: Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance Job Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAble to work in a team to accomplish common goals.Must demonstrate the ability to take initiative and work independently.Must assign tasks and report status if designated as a testing lead.Possess good verbal and written English communication skills for training development and internal/external communications.Must interact professionally with military, government, and foreign personnel using the proper courtesies while observing the correct customs.Must be able to read, navigate, and interpret applicable technical manuals and engineering drawings.Experienced with Microsoft Office software tools.Consistently demonstrate interpersonal skills to accept assignments and communicate technical concepts in layman's terms.Ability to analyze and interpret instructions and standards.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Must be able to obtain a security clearance when required by the contract.Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED equivalent.Six (6) years of experience directly related to the area of expertise in the maintenance or operation of systems and subsystems for the project assigned.Additional qualifications or experience as required by the Statement of Work.Successful completion of an approved Military Instructor Training Program is desired but not required.Minimum of six years of experience working with V-22 Airframe systems is required.V-22 Aircrew qualification preferred.CDI/CDQAR qualifications preferred.Previous experience in aviation curriculum development is preferred.Experience in Virtual Simulation preferred.
