Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst to provide
compliance support and client management for an independent
contractor workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Perform compliance duties related to the classification and
verification of independent contractors
Manage daily communications with contractors, including document
collection and issue resolution
Develop and maintain electronic compliance files and monitor
pending project action items
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Strong background in customer service and managing multiple
clients/projects
Experience in compliance for independent contractor workforces
Proficiency in corporate productivity tools (e.g., MS Office)
Familiarity with Canadian independent contractor compliance is a
plus
