Job Description:

Sherwin-Williams is seeking motivated individuals with an interest in sales and customer service to join our eight-week Automotive Sales Leadership Development Program (LDP). Participants will gain hands-on experience working in an Automotive Branch, with the opportunity for professional networking and access to comprehensive learning experiences. Upon successful completion, candidates will progress into an available Assistant Branch Manager position. This program requires relocation for the training period and for placement into the Assistant Branch Manager role. Participants will support Branch Managers in various aspects of branch operations including developing market plans, implementing business strategies, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing staffing needs. Minimum Requirements:

• At least eighteen (18) years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• Bachelor's degree by the start of the development program
• Willingness to relocate for the position Preferred Qualifications:
  • Willingness to relocate upon completion of the development program
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Management, Business, Operations, or Supply Chain
  • At least one (1) year experience working in a retail, sales, or customer service position
