Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Orders Specialist to manage and
process customer orders while enhancing the customer
experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process customer orders with speed and accuracy
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and streamline
order management processes
Provide customer support by responding to inquiries from resellers
and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
1+ year of experience in sales order processing or sales
administration
Experience using G-Suite, CRM platforms, MS Office, and
NetSuite
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks in a
fast-paced environment
Able to explain technical concepts and troubleshoot order-related
issues
Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment while taking
initiative
