A company is looking for an At Home Call Center Agent.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with prospective students and homeowners regarding home
improvement needs
Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics
Work flexible hours, including two evening shifts and one weekend
day
Required Qualifications
Must be a resident of Texas
Strong listening skills and professional telephone manner
Ability to multitask while on the phone and using a computer
Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
Commitment to a set schedule
