  Is on-call: On call 1 night per week and every 4th weekend
  HOLIDAY: Required to cover 1 major and 1 minor holiday for call Requirements:
  • FL License
  • 2 Years Experience cath lab experience of 3 year or more
  • BLS,--RCIS--
  • Electronic Documentation preferred Other Details: --
    • Charting: Cerner/Merge, Omnicell
    • Locals accepted: No
    • Perm address must be 75 miles from facility
    • Float:--
    • First-timers accepted: Yes, as long as they meet experience requirements--

      **Must be able to drive xray table- must have interventional cath lab experience of 3 year or more, request or prefer structural heart experience as a scrub person**
      Special Requirements/Skills:Scrub, Monitor and Circulate skills required. Structural heart experience preferred.Cath Lab experience - Balloon Angioplasty, PCI, Stents, Thrombectomy, Diagnostic Cath Pediatric/Neonatal & Left/ Right Heart Cath.Equipment: GE X-Ray, Merge Hemo
