Responsibilities
The phlebotomy team lead assists supervisor in managing the daily operations of the specimen collection and processing. Acts as supervisor in the absence of the supervisor. Functions as a Phlebotomist when not performing supervisory duties (90%).Qualifications

• High School diploma required, at minimum.
• Minimum of two years in clinical type setting is required. -
• Experience must be strong in phlebotomy management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent people skills a must.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position; Also, this position DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.
