Job Description:
A company is looking for a Certified Scrum Master to join their
team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Guide the team and organization in utilizing Agile/Scrum practices
to enhance customer satisfaction
Facilitate team self-organization and assess Scrum maturity to
coach towards improvement
Remove impediments and foster a safe environment for open
communication and problem-solving
Required Qualifications
BA/BS in engineering or a business-related discipline
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust
clearance
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in the Federal
government
Ability to work remotely with a high degree of accountability
Experience in maintaining professional relationships in a positive
manner
